The Services allow you to upload, submit, store, share, receive, collect, capture, visualize, and request feedback on your ideas, designs, texts, graphics, videos, data, information, files, presentation decks, or other content, including permitted and authorized third-party content used by you ("Content"). You retain all rights in- and responsibility and liability for all Content. DokTransfers does not claim ownership of your Content.

1.1 You are only allowed to use the Services when aged 16 or older.

1.6 DokTransfers may amend these Terms from time to time. Amendments will take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
1.7 These Terms supersede all prior agreements between you and DokTransfers.

2.1 DokTransfers File Sharing allows you to share your Content with others.
2.2 To share Content, upload it and provide recipient email addresses ("email transfer") or distribute a download link ("link transfer"). DokTransfers reserves the right to limit downloads.
2.3 Content is stored for a limited period before expiration. Limitations vary by transfer type and subscription.
2.4 After expiry, files are permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved.
2.5 Basic functionality is free. Paid subscriptions offer additional features.
2.6 DokTransfers treats Content as confidential. You are solely responsible for the Content you share.
2.7 Paid subscriptions, such as DokTransfers Premium, offer enhanced services (e.g., 5TB storage).
2.8 DokTransfers may delete inactive Content after 12 months of non-use.
3.1 This service enables Uploaders to distribute Content and collect payment via a third-party payment provider.
3.2 Uploaders set a price and expiry date for link transfers. Recipients pay to download Content.
3.3 DokTransfers is not a marketplace and is not responsible for disputes between Uploaders and Recipients.
3.4 Uploaders retain ownership of Content but grant DokTransfers a limited license for promotional purposes.
3.5 Uploaders must comply with all applicable laws and ensure they have rights to distribute Content.
3.6 Payments are processed via Stripe. Uploaders must comply with Stripe's terms and are responsible for taxes and refunds.
4.1 Paid subscriptions start once fees are paid in full.
4.2 DokTransfers uses Stripe and PayPal for payments. Users must comply with their terms.
4.3 Fees are due upon invoicing. Users must keep payment information updated.
4.4 Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
4.5 DokTransfers may change fees with advance notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
5.1 Initial subscription terms vary by Service.
5.2 Users may cancel within 14 days unless they start using the Service.

5.4 Cancellation results in access until the end of the current paid period.
6.1 DokTransfers does not claim ownership of your Content. You are solely responsible for it.
6.2 You warrant you have all required permissions to share Content.
6.3 DokTransfers is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Services.
6.4 You grant DokTransfers a license to use Content for operating and improving the Services.
7.1 Do not use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

10.2 DokTransfers may modify or terminate Services without prior notice.
11.1 You agree to indemnify DokTransfers for claims arising from your use of the Services.
