DokTransfers offers a service to share files ("DokTransfers File Sharing");
Your use of and access to our services, software, website(s) (located at www.Doktransfers.com (including browser extensions)), and/or applications ("Services") are governed by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
The Services may be provided to you online and may be integrated into a third-party service.
The Services allow you to upload, submit, store, share, and receive designs, text, graphics, videos, data, files, presentation decks, and other materials, including authorized third-party content you use (“Content”). You retain full ownership of, and sole responsibility and liability for, all Content. DokTransfers does not claim any ownership rights in your Content.
The Services are provided to you as the user of the Services by KIMEL View HK Ltd ("DokTransfers", "We", "us", or "our"), with its main office at Room 1406, 14/F, solo Building, 41 - 43 Carnarvon Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES IN ANY WAY, ACCEPTING THESE TERMS BY CLICKING ON THE "I ACCEPT" BUTTON, COMPLETING THE ACCOUNT REGISTRATION PROCESS, OR BROWSING THE WEBSITE, YOU REPRESENT THAT:

1.1 You are only allowed to use the Services when aged 16 or older.
1.2 Please read these Terms and the [Notice and Take Down Policy] ("NTD Policy") carefully. Our [Privacy & Cookie Statement] applies to the use of personal data and cookies in relation to the Services.
1.3 If the Services include or are integrated with third-party services, their terms and policies may apply in addition to these Terms. DokTransfers is not responsible for third-party services, terms, or policies.
1.4 To report unlawful Content, please read our [NTD Policy].
1.5 If you become aware of a vulnerability in any of the Services, please read our [Responsible Disclosure Policy].
1.6 DokTransfers may amend these Terms from time to time. Amendments will take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
1.7 These Terms supersede all prior agreements between you and DokTransfers.
1.8 The following clauses apply to specific Services:
All other clauses apply to all Services.
2.1 DokTransfers File Sharing allows you to share your Content with others.
2.2 To share Content, upload it and provide recipient email addresses ("email transfer") or distribute a download link ("link transfer"). DokTransfers reserves the right to limit downloads.
2.3 Content is stored for a limited period before expiration. Limitations vary by transfer type and subscription.
2.4 After expiry, files are permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved.
2.5 Basic functionality is free. Paid subscriptions offer additional features.
2.6 DokTransfers treats Content as confidential. You are solely responsible for the Content you share.
2.7 Paid subscriptions, such as DokTransfers Premium, offer enhanced services (e.g., 1TB storage).
2.8 DokTransfers may delete inactive Content after 12 months of non-use.
3.1 Paid subscriptions begin once fees are received in full.
3.2 Subscriptions are prepaid for fixed terms of 1, 6, 12, or 24 months.
3.3 There is no recurring billing and no automatic renewal. Users must manually purchase a new subscription when their current term expires.
3.4 DokTransfers may adjust fees with prior notice. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.
4.1 A full refund is available if cancellation is requested within the first 3 days of purchase.
4.2 After this period, a cancellation fee of USD 10 applies.
4.3 If you cancel a prepaid subscription after the initial 3 days, USD 10 per unused month will be refunded, minus the cancellation fee. Example: For a 6-month prepaid subscription costing USD 48, if canceled in the third month, the refund would be USD 8 (48 – 3 months × 10 – 10 cancellation fee = 8).
4.4 Upon cancellation, access to paid features will be revoked.
5.1 DokTransfers does not claim ownership of your Content. You are solely responsible for it.
5.2 You warrant you have all required permissions to share Content.
5.3 DokTransfers is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Services.
5.4 You grant DokTransfers a license to use Content for operating and improving the Services.
6.1 Do not use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

7.1 DokTransfers may investigate and suspend access for violations of these Terms.
8.1 All rights to the Services are owned by DokTransfers or its licensors.
9.1 Services are provided "AS-IS" without warranties. DokTransfers is not liable for data loss or unauthorized account use.
9.2 DokTransfers may modify or terminate Services without prior notice.
10.1 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account. DokTransfers is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
11.1 DokTransfers processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details, refer to our [Privacy & Cookie Statement].
12.1 Billing is conducted in USD unless otherwise specified.
13.1 DokTransfers aims to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.
14.1 DokTransfers reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
15.1 Users are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes related to their use of the Services.
16.1 You agree to indemnify DokTransfers for claims arising from your use of the Services.
17.1 These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Disputes will be resolved in Limassol courts.
